Victor was the consummate professional to work with. I purchased a new home and discovered after move in that our electric cooktop was not fastened to the granite counter. I posted a request on Yelp and most service providers were unwilling to work the project.

Victor was fast to respond, flexible on finding a time to come by, and kept steady communication/updates. He came first to inspect and put together a solid plan for how to secure the piece considering some issues with the way the counter was cut.

He came back promptly a few days later with parts, and did a really nice job solving for the issue.

Easily the most reliable and dependable repairman I have dealt with in Miami.

From the first text to completion of job Victor was courteous, prompt, and constantly communicated his arrival time, any delays, and answered any questions.

While in my home he was respectful and treated it as if it was his, and when it came time to repair the dryer he gave me his honest opinion on whether repairing it was worth it or not and helped me weigh the options without any bias.

I would gladly recommend Victor to any and all of my friends and family from this point forward for any similar issues.

Our ice maker (on our 2 year old fridge) was acting up and after having a rough experience with another company who came to look at it, Victor was truly a breath of fresh air. He responded right away, was able to come out and asses it and diagnosis issue right away and order the part. He gave us an estimate of when our part would come in, which happened to be when we were going to be out of town, so we said we'd do install upon our return. he called us the day we got back to see if we were home to come do the install since the part came in while we were gone. When we came to install the part, he once again was so professional. He gave me an ETA on his arrival time, arrived professional and with knowledge of the issue which we hope to not have again. Victor is a true gem. After spending nearly an hour on the phone with the Samsung call center to get our refrigerator serviced, my wife found Nonstop Appliance online. I called Victor and set a time for later that day. He showed up on time and solved our problem in less time than it took on the call to Samsung. He is certainly going to be our go-to appliance repairman for our Miami residence.

I called Nonstop based on good reviews. They did not disappoint. It wasn't an emergency but my Whirlpool fridge/freezer was running too too warm or too cold. My ice cream was soup or a solid block. I'm serious about my ice cream!

Victor gave me an appointment and came out the next day. He came on time and was professional and friendly. The fridge was over 13 years old. He did a thorough diagnostic check and it was the compressor. He explained he could fix it and told me the steps and cost but, he explained, the repair of the compressor would cost so much and then something else could go wrong. He suggested replacing it. He took work away from himself to give me the right solution. I really appreciated that. He made a customer for life. A friend was over and witnessed this and asked for his number so two customers.

I had an issue with my dishwasher, it wouldn't drain, I had a great deal of water in it, and it caused it to smell.
I went on Yelp, requested assistance and Victor answered immediately, he understood my availability and urgency and came to diagnose the issue.
In addition, I had issues with my online banking which caused me stress as I tried to pay him from different accounts and it wouldn't go through.
A couple of days later, it cleared and he returned the excessive payment amounts. Their work is top notch, he explains what's happening in the process, reliable, responsive, and works with integrity. I recommend their services. Will definitely keep them in my contacts.

Victor is a rare find in Miami. Communicative, on time, knowledgeable and HONEST! I was having an issue with my fridge, and Victor was able to diagnose the issue, advise me on the best course of action and came back immediately after he received the parts.

After repairing the issue, another one came up, and he came back to check it out and was able to fix that, too.

Responded quickly and was able to communicate. Many services won't give you a flat rate price or an hourly, they want to charge for the visit and then make up a price on the spot.
Sometimes this is ok if you have no idea what the problem is. But I think a good repair person can ask the right questions and get an estimate.
I was able to describe the issue, discuss prices and come to an agreed upon price.
Not the cheapest quote, by the way, but a fair price for the work involved.

Victor was extremely professional. We had our washer overflow with water, and he advised us that the part plus labor was a few dollars less than purchasing a new washer. He could have made a lot more just fixing the issue but was honest, and in the long run, we saved money and headaches. If we need someone in the future, he has our business.

I needed a diagnosis on my dishwasher,using Yelp it lead me through a few questions.
Victor almost immediately responded he and I connected and he was able to come the very next day. He helped diagnose the issue and was very honest about what needed to be done. In the end I am able to make the repairs myself (he didn't oversell). Again I appreciate his honesty as we discussed the issue.
Lastly I will be his 2nd yelp review so I asked how long he's been in business his answer 20+ years but just started using yelp very recently.
